We’ll meet with the property or grounds manager and walk through the area to gather site information. We’ll look at sunlight and shadows and the effect on the property, water flow patterns, soil, existing vegetation, and structures. Also taken into consideration are the desired uses of the space, foot and vehicle traffic flow, viewsheds, and what features the company representative wishes to retain.

Using the company representative's input as a guide, we’ll develop a preliminary design for the property that will be a detailed visual interpretation of the plan, and we will discuss plant species, hardscape materials, and grade changes.
The preliminary design will be presented and discussed with the company representative, and upon approval, a final master plan will be drawn. |
Working with trusted local installation companies, we’ll oversee the process from start to finish to ensure compliance with the design.
